Refund & Return Policy — Ghat Sear
At Ghat Sear, we want you to feel confident when buying camping and trekking gear from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window – 14 Days
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
A. Defective or Damaged Product
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
B. Change of Mind
We also accept returns if you simply changed your mind, provided that:
- The product is unused
- In original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery) cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- Email us at contact@ghatsear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing starts as soon as we receive and verify the returned package.
- Refund may take 3–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Sleeping bags
- First-aid kits
- Personal care items
- Food or hydration-related items
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product (size, color, or model), simply initiate a return and place a new order.
